Per House Bill 2016 passed by the Virginia General Assembly for 2007, the fee for a disclosure package must be posted on the association web site for all homeowners associations.

 

The fee for a Disclosure Package from WSHPOA is currently $175, paid for by the seller of the property within White Sand Harbour. Questions regarding disclosure packages should be directed to Secretary, WSHPOA using the contact form.
